REORIENTING THE WAY PEOPLE COMMOMERATE IT
In
the late January , the Vigan City Fiesta is held in tribute of the city’s patron saint,St. Paul the Apostle.
This fiesta is being celebrated by the presence of street dancing, carnivals,
food fairs, and man y more that adding to the attraction of this UNESCO World
Heritage City.
Festival
midst in this situation should or should not be canceled as a pandemic explore
the world since festival are fated to be celebrated by people. Some events must
be call off due to the spread of this disease and it might affect the growth of
the existing number of cases. Notwithstanding this crisis affect all the
events, Vigan still celebrated fiesta in an operative way. Online fiesta is
being applied in this kind of circumstances and it provides satisfaction or
happiness to people. Some people celebrated the fiesta by praying. “Everything
became quite unreal finally and it seemed as though nothing could have any
consequences.”― Ernest Hemingway
Prayer
is the best way to celebrate feast days to give appreciation to the saint. This
pandemic tells us that there’s another way to bring joy and happiness to the
