HEART'S DAY FOR FAMILY
The month of February is known as the month of love
since February 14 is Valentine’s day, some celebrates Valentine’s day with
their opposite sex or with their lovers however it is also a great day to
express your love and feelings tot your family. This day is also a reminder for
us to love truly without end so lay hold of that quality time to your own
wonderful and blessed family. “Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy,
it does not boast, it is not proud. It does not dishonor others, it is not
self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does
not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always
trusts, always hopes, always perseveres. Love never fails.” – 1 Corinthians
13:4-8
There are so many things to express your love and
appreciation to your family and these helps to create strong bonds, love, and connections.
Sharing family stories is the best bonding you’ve ever had to your family since
this stories is about your family history and to open up and share more with
you about their lives. The more time we spent at home with our family members
and this creates an opportunity to reach out at one another increases the
emotional and mental well-being of an individual.
Let us not only express our love to others in
Valentine’s day but also in our everyday life. Family is our everything in
times of challenges, sickness and in health. Healthy attachment to our family
